Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 July 2026

This site does one thing: it lets travel designers, family offices and personal assistants introduce their clients to Rivoo through the inquiry form. This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send us — and what does not happen anywhere else on the site.

Who we are

Rivoo (“we”) organises private gravel journeys in Eastern Veneto, Italy, and is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For anything related to your data, write to rivoo.cc@gmail.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the inquiry form: your name, your organisation, your email address and your message. There are no accounts, no newsletters and no mailing lists.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider processes visitors’ IP addresses in its server logs in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. We do not use those logs to identify or profile anyone.

Cookies — there are none

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising tags or third-party trackers of any kind. Fonts, images and video are served from our own domain, so loading this page sends nothing about you to anyone else. That is why you were not asked to consent to anything when you arrived.

Why we use your data

What you submit through the form is used for one purpose: answering your inquiry — the call, the itinerary portfolio and, where there is a fit, a proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we keep correspondence beyond that, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining relationships with the advisors who write to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who handles it for us

Two service providers touch your data, both under our instructions:

  • Resend delivers the form’s emails — the notification to us and the confirmation to you. Resend operates from the United States; transfers rest on the European Commission’s approved safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
  • Cloudflare hosts and serves the website.

We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or make automated decisions with it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and any journey that follows from it. We review what we hold each season and delete what no longer serves that purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us, at any time, to access, correct, delete or hand over the personal data we hold about you, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it at all. Write to rivoo.cc@gmail.com and you will have an answer within a month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, or the authority of the country where you live or work.

Changes to this notice

If how we handle data changes, this page changes with it, along with the date at the top.
